The 07/03/19 edition of WWE NXT, out of the Full Sail Arena in Winter Park, Florida, just wrapped up. We’ve got the match results, as well as our overall thoughts on the show, for you to check out below. Let us know what you thought about episode #513 of NXT by tweeting us, @TheRumbleRamble.

Aliyah (w/ Vanessa Borne) vs. Mia Yim

Mia Yim missed a cannonball splash in the corner early on in this match, giving Aliyah an opening that she took advantage of. It didn’t last long, however, as Yim quickly regained control and never let up again.

After a fun Tarantula spot from Yim, and a big dive to the floor that took out both Aliyah and Vanessa Borne, she got the win via Protect Ya Neck. She’s having a really good 2019 so far.

Winner: Mia Yim

Kushida vs. Scott Parker

This was a showcase squash match in favor of Kushida. He played all his hits, and easily defeated Scott Parker after a few short minutes.

Winner: Kushida

Cameron Grimes vs. Isaiah “Swerve” Scott

NXT Breakout Tournament First Round Matchup

Grimes was really aggressive in this match and slowed down the pace quite a bit anytime he had control, which was… interesting. Not that we expected to see these two go crazy for 10 minutes, but it took a little too long to get going, at least in our opinion.

The last 5 minutes or so were really great though and really made both guys look like stars. Grimes got the win with a sick leaping double foot stomp that could be a cool finisher for him going forward.

Winner: Cameron Grimes

Bianca Belair vs. Priscilla Zuniga

Another squash match, this time in favor of Bianca Belair. She absolutely wrecked her opponent, though, so if you like squash matches as much as we do then you need to check this one out.

Winner: Bianca Belair

Tyler Breeze vs. Roderick Strong

If you’ve seen any Roderick Strong match, you know he likes to go after his opponent’s back with various versions of backbreakers. And this match was no exception to the rule, as he did everything he could to break Tyler Breeze’s back, including dropping him awkwardly on the steel stairs back-first.

Despite this, Breeze started to get so momentum towards the end of the bout… until the rest of the Undisputed Era ran out and caused a distraction. Strong capitalized on it and won the match soon after.

As expected, this match was very good, a solid back-and-forth NXT main event that’s worth checking out if you missed it.

Winner: Roderick Strong
