The September 4 2019 episode of WWE NXT is taking place later this evening.
The following “quick hits” are advertised to be included in tonight’s show:
1. Jordan Myles Comes for the NXT Championship
After beating out all of his competition in the Breakout Tournament, Jordan Myles won a shot at Adam Cole’s NXT Championship. And tonight, Myles will get that opportunity and possibly become the new face of NXT.
Adam Cole initially laughed off Jordan Myles when he confronted Undisputed Era to claim his match, but the champ has another thing coming if he thinks Myles will be an easy competitor to beat.
2. Kona Reeves Steps in the Ring With The Dream
Though Velveteen Dream did not put his North American Championship on the line for this bout with Kona Reeves, Kona has a shot at greatness, as bringing down The Dream is no small accomplishment.
The Dream will no doubt be ultra-confident going into the match, as he always is, but with Roderick Strong lurking in the shadows, more anxious than ever to get his hands on Dream’s title as his fellow members of Undisputed Era have already won their respective championships, Dream might have more than Kona Reeves to worry about.
3. Taynara Conti Challenges Bianca Belair
Since being knocked out of the NXT Women’s Championship picture, Bianca Belair has been slowly but surely working her way back to the top with a string of dominant victories.
But tonight, she will face one of her biggest challenges yet in Taynara Conti. Will Bianca Belair take the win, or will Taynara slingshot herself to the top of the list of women vying for Shayna Baszler’s title by taking down The EST?
4. Breezango Return to the Ring
Tyler Breeze and Fandango have been on a winning streak since reuniting Breezango on NXT. Tonight, Breeze and Dango will step in the ring again, looking to continue their mission to stake their claim as one of the best tag teams the gold brand has to offer.
