The September 18 2019 episode of WWE NXT is taking place later this evening.

The following “quick hits” are advertised to be included in tonight’s show:

1. Roderick Strong Makes Another Attempt at Fulfilling the Undisputed Prophecy

At the beginning of this year, Adam Cole and his Undisputed Era crew guaranteed the NXT Universe that 2019 would be the year of Undisputed, meaning they would collect every piece of championship gold possible over the course of the year.

They dubbed this the “Undisputed Prophecy” and went straight to work in an effort to bring it to fruition, but for much of this year, struggled to do so.

That is until Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish recently won the NXT Tag Team Championships, making Roderick Strong’s quest for the North American Championship the last piece of the prophecy puzzle.

And tonight on the first-ever live, two-hour edition of the black and gold show, Roderick Strong will get another shot at The Dream’s title.

2. Matt Riddle and Killian Dain Compete in a Street Fight

As announced weeks ago to be one of the feature matches of the start of the new chapter of NXT, Matt Riddle and Killian Dain will take their brutal feud to the next level with a Street Fight.

Matt Riddle has already suffered numerous beatings at the hands of The Beast of Belfast but has always come back for more, and tonight on NXT, will give bringing Dain down one more try.

3. NXT Women’s Championship No. 1 Contendership Fatal 4-Way

The Queen of Spades is in need of some fresh competition, and as there are several women who would not only be more than willing to step up to the challenge but are also deserving of a chance to face the champ, there will be a Fatal 4-Way tonight to determine which of the contenders will be the next to go up against Shayna Baszler.

The four women in this contest will be Mia Yim, Candice LeRae, Io Shirai, and Bianca Belair, all of whom are just as likely as the next to be No. 1 Contender to Baszler’s title.
