Humberto Carrillo vs. Angel Garza
These two know each other 𝘵𝘰𝘰 well. It's almost as if they were related… 🤔#205Live @AngelGarzaWwe @humberto_wwe pic.twitter.com/ktliprFmcb

After a bit of a slow start, Angel Garza literally ripped off his pants, and things finally started heating up. That’s always a fun sentence to type. Garza, as well as Humberto Carrillo, then quickly started doing the good lucha things, wowing the crowd in the process.
The commentary team really put over the idea that these two guys are legit cousins, too, which is pretty fun. Perhaps we’ll get a team between the two in the near future?
Carrillo got the win via the Aztec Press. Again, a really solid match and a fun way to start the show.
Winner: Humberto Carrillo

First off, seeing Team 1-2 on 205 Live was super fun for me. I still think there’s a lot there with Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan, so any time I get to see them team up again, I’m a happy guy.
Burch struggled early on in this one, getting trapped on the wrong side of the ring for the first few minutes. Once Lorcan tagged in, however, all four guys really started picking up the pace.
The closing sequences were a ton of fun, and Tony Nese, in particular, really shined here. It wasn’t enough, however, as Team 1-2 eventually got the pin on Nese following their elevated DDT combo.
