The September 10 2019 episode of WWE 205 Live is taking place later this evening.
The following “quick hits” are advertised to be included in tonight’s show:
1. Humberto Carrillo and Lince Dorado Team Up Against Drew Gulak and Tony Nese
Last week on 205 Live, Humberto Carrillo and Lince Dorado had an intense match to determine whether or not Lince Dorado would be included in the Cruiserweight Championship match at Clash of Champions on Sunday.
As it turned out, Lince’s claims that he would be No. 1 Contender had he only been given the opportunity had some validity to them, as he defeated Carrillo, making the Championship Match on Sunday a triple threat.
After the match, Lince Dorado and Humberto Carrillo were recuperating backstage when they were approached by General Manager Drake Maverick, who congratulated them on an excellent match and informed Dorado that he had officially been added to the match with Drew Gulak and Humberto Carrillo.
But before that match, Lince and Humberto would have to put their differences aside, as they would be teaming up to take on Drew Gulak and Tony Nese, a match they undoubtedly both wanted, as it offered a chance at retribution against the champ and his closest friend.
