Last night on Raw, the Universal Championship Match between Seth Rollins and AJ Styles to take place at Money in the Bank was made official with a contract signing.
Though Styles and Rollins began their conversation amicably enough, the exchange quickly shifted into an aggressive confrontation. Styles and Rollins initially spoke of the mutual respect between them, but Styles stepped over the line when he asked how Rollins planned to continue without the help of the other Shield members, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose.
From there, the pleasant conversation turned bitter, the men throwing verbal jabs back and forth until both signed the contract. With their championship match cemented, each man stared the other down until a brawl broke out between them.
With an explosive Phenomenal Forearm putting Seth Rollins through the table that held the contract, AJ Styles came out on top of the interaction, but he may not be so lucky at Money in the Bank.
