With just a little over one week left until WrestleMania weekend, the entire NXT TakeOver: New York match card has been announced. As always, with an absolutely stacked lineup, TakeOver has the potential to steal the weekend. The match card for the show stands as follows:
War Raiders (Hanson and Rowe) (c) vs. Aleister Black and Ricochet
NXT Tag Team Championship Match

Ricochet and Aleister Black fought their way through the entire Dusty Rhodes Classic, emerging from the tournament victorious last night on NXT. As a reward for their efforts, they will be facing NXT Tag Team Champions, War Raiders, at TakeOver New York.
Pete Dunne (c) vs. WALTER
United Kingdom Championship

Pete Dunne has become one of the longest-reigning champions in WWE history; he has held the UK Championship for over two years at this point, defeating every opponent placed in his path.

Adam Cole was able to overcome Aleister Black, Ricochet, Velveteen Dream, and Matt Riddle to gain entry into this match and, therefore, a shot at the NXT Championship.
Velveteen Dream (c) vs. Matt Riddle
North American Championship

Velveteen Dream just captured the title from Johnny Gargano himself a couple of months ago and will have to do all he can to keep it against as formidable of an opponent as Matt Riddle.
Shayna Baszler (c) vs. Io Shirai vs. Bianca Belair vs. Kairi Sane
Fatal 4-Way NXT Women’s Championship Match

Shayna Baszler has been a dominating force in the NXT Women’s Division since the moment of her arrival back in 2017. Baszler finally took things a little too far a few weeks ago on NXT when she disrupted the #1 Contender Match between Io Shirai and Bianca Belair, attacking both them and Kairi Sane, who had run down to save her friend.
As punishment for her reckless behavior, she will be
