The October 25 2019 edition of WWE SmackDown went down last night in the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Listed below are the 5 best moments from the show.

Lacey Evans Demolishes Camron Connors

Lacey Evans continued her rise through the ranks of the SmackDown Women’s Division in a match against newcomer Camron Conners. This was less of a match and more of a single punch to the face, as Lacey leveled Connors shortly after the bell rang with a Woman’s Right.

Despite the short bell time, seeing the Southern Belle take that next step toward championship gold is exciting for a Lacey fan like me.

The Resurrection of Ramblin Rabbit

Seth Rollins did his very best to rid himself of The Fiend and everything the comes along with him by burning down the Fun House after attacking Bray Wyatt, who was hurt and confused by the assault.

This did not work quite as well as Rollins had hoped, as Bray Wyatt and the Fun House were right back this week on SmackDown. But Rollins’ actions had cost Bray one of his puppet pals – Ramblin’ Rabbit, the poor bunny who has suffered multiple deaths from being burned alive to crushed with a giant mallet.

Ramblin’ Rabbit has returned from each of these executions, however, and did so again, making a miraculous recovery from death…just in time to be eaten alive by Mercy the Buzzard.

The Monster Interferes with Drew Gulak vs. Kalisto

In an effort to recover from his previous beatdown at the hands of Braun Strowman, Drew Gulak took on Kalisto in a one-on-one match.

Gulak and Kalisto went back and forth for a few minutes until Drew took the upper hand, but just as he was doing so, Braun Strowman’s music hit. The distraction allowed Kalisto to hit his Solida del Sol finisher and defeat the powerpoint professional.

To make matters worse for Gulak, Braun Strowman pummeled him post-match, making up for it in Braun fashion by announcing that Drew Gulak deserved to be in the ring, unlike Braun’s upcoming opponent, Tyson Fury.

Nikki Cross Defeats Mandy Rose

Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss’ loss of the Women’s Tag Team Championships did not put a damper on Cross’ drive for gold in the slightest.

In fact, Cross had no sooner lost the tag titles than she was on the path toward the SmackDown Women’s Championship. And her most recent opponent was Mandy Rose, who always comes with the extra challenge of her partner Sonya Deville close by to interfere when necessary.

Nikki Cross not only overcame Mandy Rose’s offense, but also repeated attacks from Sonya Deville, winning the match and proving once again that she a force to be reckoned with.

The Beast Makes a Statement

One of the most exciting moments of SmackDown included not a match, but a savage beating from Brock Lesnar. Tired of hearing comments from Cain Velazquez and Rey Mysterio, Brock Lesnar took it upon himself to present an unconscious Dominick, Rey Mysterio’s son, to the both of them.

Mysterio and Velazquez were able to recover Dominick, taking him to a medical room backstage, but while they were consulting with the medic, The Beast attacked.

Storming onto the scene, Brock Lesnar laid waste to all three men, Mysterio, Velazquez, and an already injured Dominick, making a statement ahead of his upcoming WWE Championship Match.
