Next week’s episode of NXT (September 18th, 2019) will be the first two-hour, live edition of the show, and the black and gold brand intends to kick off this new chapter with a bang – a street fight between Matt Riddle and Killian Dain.
Matt Riddle and Killian Dain will step in the ring once more, Riddle hoping to come out on top this time around. The two Superstars have had an official match once before that saw Killian Dain absolutely decimate Riddle, but Riddle wanted more, chasing Dain into the parking lot post-match. Where he was promptly beaten down again.
The street fight stipulation seems much more beneficial to Killian Dain, who is made for this kind of match, but the free-for-all lack of rules that come along with it may give Riddle the extra boost he needs to bring down The Beast of Belfast.
According to WWE, this will be one of the matches to air on the USA Network in the first hour, while the second hour will be on the WWE Network.
