After winning the Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania, The IIconics, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, promised to be fighting champions, defending against any and all teams who stepped up to the challenge.
Last week on SmackDown Live, The IIconics invited The Brooklyn Belles, a tag team with an alleged record of 45-0, to be the first to face them for the championships.
Billie and Peyton handily defeated The Belles, but former SmackDown Live General Manager, Paige, was less than impressed. She clearly sensed The IIconics were taking the easy way out with their “challengers,” and revealed that she would be bringing a team of her own choosing to be The IIconics’ next opponents.

The IIconics were unfazed by this news, far too high on their new championships and successful defense of them to worry themselves over Paige’s mystery opponents.
However, the Superstar Shakeup will take place this week, meaning that any team on Raw, SmackDown Live, or NXT could be the one Paige has in mind, and The IIconics will surely face a tougher challenge this time around.
