As the return of King of the Ring has been highly anticipated, WWE has spared no fanfare ahead of the kick-off, releasing multiple tweets, articles, and in-show promotions.
Among these advertisements have been reminders of those who won the prestigious title in the past, such as Stone Cold, Triple H, Bret Hart, Randy Savage, Owen Hart, Brock Lesnar, and Booker T.

All 16 men entered in the tournament have a realistic chance at emerging with the figurative, or perhaps literal, crown and scepter, which makes it all the more must-watch. The first-round bracket, released by WWE last week, includes 8 outstanding matches, such as Ali vs. Buddy Murphy, Apollo Crews vs. Andrade, and Ricochet vs. Drew McIntyre.
Not to mention the two taking place tonight on Raw: Cesaro vs. Samoa Joe and Cedric Alexander vs. Sami Zayn.
Needless to say, we, along with the rest of the WWE Universe, are extremely excited to watch this tournament unfold.
