Our names are Evan and Caitlin, owners and founders of Rumble Ramble.
This is our story.
We met in college and both felt very lost and unsure about our futures. I (Caitlin) was on track to go to medical school and Evan was looking into sports journalism. Obviously, Evan was much closer to getting where he wanted to be, but neither of us were altogether satisfied with the paths that we were on.
The only thing we knew was that we loved professional wrestling. A lot. Before the website or the podcast or even the Twitter account (which was our first step into the world of publicly discussing scantily clad men and women fighting each other), watching wrestling was all we ever did.
And after a while, we had a lightbulb moment. What if this is what we did. What if we started a website and just…let it take us where it may? And so, in January of 2015, Rumble Ramble was born.
What began as a Twitter account is now a website with reviews of all WWE programming, as well as news articles, spotlight pieces, and a podcast featuring a breakdown of our favorite moments from WWE’s weekly shows. We also review AEW’s biggest shows and plan to review their weekly product when it airs in October.
Our brand continues to grow, but our mission has always been, and will always be, the same: to give you the very best content, to never publish anything but the best we have to offer and to do it in the most positive manner possible.
Wrestling is our passion and we want to focus on what we love about it. Meaning we do not speak on performers’ private lives, backstage drama, or harp on about the things we do not enjoy.
So if you’re looking for articles about who’s allegedly dating whom or what this guy may or may not have said about that one, you’re in the wrong place. But if you want to see two people become very excited about the thing they love most on a nearly daily basis, Rumble Ramble might be for you.
Though we’re very proud of what we’ve created thus far, Rumble Ramble isn’t yet all we want it to be, and we’re working hard to add even more content in the (near) future, including additional articles, podcasts, and other projects. If you like what we’ve done so far, be sure to keep an eye out for the coming additions.
